CINDY KEEN REYNDERS MADE ME DO THIS

This is all Cindy Keen Reynders' fault. She sent me this little ditty she got from Martin Willoughby at the blog From Sand To Glass.

1. Go to page 77 of your current MS
2. Go to line 7
3. Copy down the next 7 lines, sentences or paragraphs and post them as they're written. No cheating.
4. Tag 7 authors.
5. Let them know.

“Watch out, dick wad,” I say. “The last guy that tried that is still in Rose Medical Center. Seems like he was a tad clumsy and started carving himself up instead of me. Can you imagine that? For heaven’s sake: what could cause such a horrible detachment of reason? It was . . . It was as if he had a manifestation of an epiphany. You had to be there. Sylvia was quite taken in by it all, weren’t you, you murderous bitch?”

She is quite upset now and tears at my clothing, trying to shake me up. “Where is my sister? I want to see her now!”

“I’m afraid I can’t allow that, Sylvia. You see, I believe you would try to kill her again. Let’s face facts: you are not a very nice person.”

Okay, I guess it's obvious I'm not writing a religious piece.

My lucky seven are:
Suzanne Robb
Lisamarie Lamb
E.A.Irwin
Kate Monroe
Lisa McCourt Hollar
Sue Midliak
Jason Darrick

Now for the Q&A

What is the title of your current WIP? Tell us about it.

" '68 Buick" to be published this year by Vamplit Publishing. It's about a dead immortal who becomes a Grim reaper-Satan's best. Without letting out too much about it, it is a very introspective piece from the POV of the Reaper who is actually not a bad guy. He is beset by demons of his own and is driven by the love of his children. He drives the souls to the portals of Hell in a 68 Buick muscle car: black, rag-top, red interior, and FLAMES.

When did you start blogging and why?

I started a year ago to get in touch with my peers. Now it has become a grand adventure.

If you could do anything tomorrow, what would you do?

Get together with my lady love.

Describe your happy place.

Anywhere I am with my lady.

What was your first happy memory?

Being present at the birth of my first child.

What was the scariest thing you've ever done?

Having to be around my comrades in arm in 'Nam when they were killed. I was scared for them.

What was the funniest thing you did today?

     Receiving this from Cindy.

Where is the stragest place you've ever gotten a story?

Emergency room of a hospital with all the staff peering down at me. Very surreal and cool.

Where do you write.

     Everywhere and anywhere.

If you just won a ticket to anywhere in the world and you had to take me, where would you take me and why?

To Alaska, Martin, on a fishing trip. It would be your job to keep the bears away.

Bad Blaze! :D
