Super Networking

Usually, when writers and publishers network, we're connecting with our peers and our readers. This is great. However, sometimes we get a special added bonus. I certainly did.

One day I was on Facebook and saw one of the side bar things for people I might know. There was no picture: just a name, but a very familiar name. I went to his page , and sure enough; he was my brother. As if that wasn't enough happiness, I also found three of my nieces there as well.

You might think it odd that I take such pleasure in this. After all, shouldn't we be close to our families? Yes, we should, but sometimes things happen. Distance apart, health issues, whatever. They didn't even know I write. So when they saw my ghoul persona and new name, they were rather surprised to say the least.

Anyway, the same thing could happen to you. Embrace the moment!

I have a lot of catching up to do. That's a great thing!
